How does parts pricing work?
If we source your parts, you pay exactly what we pay — no markup. You'll see a parts estimate alongside the labor quote before we show up. Prefer to supply your own OEM or OEM-spec parts? Totally fine — we'll install them.
What areas do you cover?
We cover Sonoma County including Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Cotati, Sebastopol, Petaluma, Windsor, and Novato. Further out? Message us — we'll do our best to accommodate.
Do you work at apartments?
Yes, as long as the property permits on-site maintenance and there's enough flat space to work safely. Most surface lots and driveways work just fine.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, or cash — your choice. A text invoice is provided for every job. No payment surprises.
Can you work on any vehicle?
Most domestic and Japanese makes are no problem. European vehicles and modified or performance builds may need a custom quote first. When in doubt, just ask and we'll let you know upfront.
How long does a typical job take?
An oil change runs 30–45 minutes. Brakes per axle usually take 45–75 minutes. Spark plugs 30–60 minutes depending on the engine layout. We'll give you a time window when you book.
